Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if
you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please
contact our support team at order.canvas@yahoo.com and we will do our best
to resolve any issues you have . Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Cancellation of Order
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Any cancellation requests submitted after 24 hours of the order can not be approved.
Understandably, because all of our products are personalized and can not be re-used, we do not accept returns. What we can do is send you a new, personalized product, in case
an error was made on our end.
The client can ask for a preview mockup before print, in that case, CanvasPortrait will send an order preview in the next 24h and wait for the client approval. after 24h a reminder will be sent to the client, if we didn't get an answer in the next 24h after the 2nd email
we can suspend the execution of the order.
After the approval clients cannot cancel the entire order under any circumstances.
Design fees should be paid also if the client request for changing the picture after
preparing the preview.
How to cancel your order, or return or exchange a product?
Contact Canvas Portrait to let us know that you wish to cancel your order, return or
exchange a product. You can do this by sending an email to order.canvas@yahoo.com with your name and order number specified in the subject line,
we will then confirm the actions that you need to take.
Any refunds will be credited back to the original payment method, typically within 3-5 business days.
Defect or Damage
Where a claim of defect or damage is made please contact Canvas Portrait
and provide a photo/short video proving and explaining the problem,
Canvas Portrait will send you a replacement and notify you with instructions to deal
with the damaged item. You shall be entitled to a refund of any reasonable
return postage charges. Please note that Canvas Portrait shall not be
liable for any goods that have been damaged due to misuse or are returned
without their original packing.
